If he wants to line the walls with pornography or literature with sentiment wishing for the violent abolishing of the US government, it would be perfectly legal. Also, in public places, the constitution guarantees those freedoms. Who taught you about US government? Anyone with an elementary knowledge of the Bill of Rights would know better.
