Sounds like a great deal, right? But what I got, was 4 coins with a letter that I need to send in to receive the remaining 36 coins. The letter stated that I would be "first in line" to receive them. Well, guess what - they require me to pay an additional 9 payments of $18 to get the rest of the coins. That's $162 more dollars, meaning I would pay $200 for $40 worth of coins and a cheap frame.
